Responsibilities

  • When not actively engaged in training superintendent duties, the individual will provide support and work directly on the production floor.
  • Work with HR and department stakeholders to maintain compliance goals for all refresher and onboarding training programsPartner with local and National CI and Training teams to monitor training participation and impact
  • Maintain up-to-date records of compliance training completion.
  • Manages a team of Training Leads to ensure new hires receive hands-on training
  • Develop and maintain team training matrix, identifying and treating gaps as necessary
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Training Leads to ensure they understand and drive key metrics, policies, and SOPs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a training role required
  • At least 1+ years of successful leadership experience in a fast-paced environment required
  • Track record of driving KPIs and meeting or exceeding goals
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours

Compensation
