About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our physical workspaces and workplace experience.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating seamless, best-in-class office experiences that enable our teams to do their best work.
- This is a hybrid role based in our NYC headquarters, with occasional travel to other US office hubs (Austin, Miami, Cupertino) as needed.
Responsibilities
- We move fast, support each other, and aim high-always with purpose and intention
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies); track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Partner closely with People Ops, IT, and Finance teams to support onboarding logistics, equipment provisioning, office access management, and employee engagement programming.
- Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Workplace, you'll own day-to-day facilities management, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies); track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Ops, IT, and Finance teams to support onboarding logistics, equipment provisioning, office access management, and employee engagement programming.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, fire safety protocols, and ADA accessibility standards; maintain emergency preparedness plans and serve as a point of contact for building management.
Requirements
- You have hands-on experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
Nice to have
- You have 3-5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, office management, or a related field - ideally in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required - we value demonstrated skills and experience.
Compensation
- The annual on-target earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $85,000.
