About the role

We're looking for a Senior Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our physical workspaces and workplace experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating seamless, best-in-class office experiences that enable our teams to do their best work.
This is a hybrid role based in our NYC headquarters, with occasional travel to other US office hubs (Austin, Miami, Cupertino) as needed.

Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies); track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner closely with People Ops, IT, and Finance teams to support onboarding logistics, equipment provisioning, office access management, and employee engagement programming.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Workplace, you'll own day-to-day facilities management, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
Vendor & Budget Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, supplies); track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Ops, IT, and Finance teams to support onboarding logistics, equipment provisioning, office access management, and employee engagement programming.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, fire safety protocols, and ADA accessibility standards; maintain emergency preparedness plans and serve as a point of contact for building management.

Requirements

You have hands-on experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship building.

Nice to have

You have 3-5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, office management, or a related field - ideally in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required - we value demonstrated skills and experience.

Compensation

The annual on-target earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $85,000.
