About the role

- Reports to the Paint Supervisor of Facilities Management.
- Facilities employees are critical personnel, which requires us to be present during inclement weather and all other emergencies.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects normally associated with painting weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to work from scaffolding, ladders, and other devices.
- Ability to work in confined areas for extended periods of time.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- General knowledge of paints- colors, finishes, stains both interior and exterior, and applying all types of paint to all types of surfaces.
