About the role

Adept at planning, coordinating, and executing programs that span maintenance, logistics, technology integration, training, data management, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
These programs are typically large, multi‑year efforts composed of multiple sub‑programs and task areas.
They oversee the full definition, organization, and management of both short‑ and long‑term program plans.

Skilled in developing and directing both short‑ and long‑range program strategies, aligning resources, schedules, and technical milestones to meet evolving organizational and mission requirements.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience managing large, multi‑year programs involving technical, operational, or lifecycle‑support activities.
Experience supporting the planning and coordination of product support activities across areas such as maintenance, logistics, training, data management, and technology integration.
Ability to assist in developing short‑ and long‑range program plans, including gathering requirements, supporting technical planning efforts, and helping align resources to meet program needs.
Skilled in tracking schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring technical milestones across assigned tasks to help maintain program progress and performance.
Familiarity with basic risk management and quality practices, with the ability to identify potential issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff, technical teams, and stakeholders to support program objectives.

A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's level degree or higher in any technical or managerial discipline.
