About the role

  • This individual will play a meaningful role in strengthening the firm's relationships across the investor universe and supporting the execution of capital raise and M&A processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting efforts and support new investor discovery initiatives.
  • Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets that enable better, faster solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain tools critical to strengthening the firm's investor relationships and improving deal execution.
  • You uphold the firm's values and maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required (FT Partners does not sponsor work visas).
  • Collaboration: You are a genuine team player who fosters a positive environment, keeps commitments, and works effectively across teams and seniority levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities without being prompted.
  • High level of integrity and sound professional judgment.
  • Comfortable engaging with investment professionals and navigating institutional investor relationships.

Compensation

  • $100,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience.
  • Total compensation may include a discretionary performance awards.
