Responsibilities
- Maintains positive relationships with regulatory agencies, local emergency services, law enforcement and company partners to build awareness around compliance
- Manages internal communication system for emergency notifications
- As a Emergency Management Specialist III - Field Support, you will be responsible for Emergency Response, Business Continuity, and Incident Support team programming and processes.
- You will also lead Incident Command System (ICS) training, as well as design and facilitation of emergency response exercises for Williams employees and external personnel.
Requirements
- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years' experience in Crisis Management, Emergency Response & Incident Command System Structure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency and knowledge of National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS)
- Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills
