About the role
- Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare financial and business-related analysis, including department variance and profitability reports.
- Aid in preparing quarterly board reports for various programs.
- Monitor Aged Accounts Receivables to ensure timely cash flow and payments.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable: generate invoices, record payments, and utilize various billing systems.
- Reconcile payments, record deposits, and perform other tasks in Blackbaud accounting software.
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts for tax exemptions and update as necessary.
- Through services such as community participation, supported employment, in-home and community-based support, and psychiatric rehabilitation, BCRC offers a wide range of resources to those we serve.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with an accounting emphasis.
- Generate accurate internal and external financial reports as required.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with an accounting emphasis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. One to two years of accounting experience or an internship is preferred.
- Wage is commensurate with education and experience.

Compensation
- Assist Accounting Coordinator and Director of Business Operations with annual audits as required.
