About the role

- At BEEM, you become an extension of your clients' teams.
- This role is posted as Data & AI Solutions Advisor, with the internal title of Data Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to understand clients' needs, challenges and business goals
- Manage client expectations autonomously, including complex situations and evolving deliverables
- Building & Delivery
- Produce complete and non-trivial BI deliverables: you understand the underlying data structures and build on top of what already exists
- Write advanced analytical SQL and master data models to deliver reliable reports
- Create and maintain BI visualizations (Power BI or equivalent) with full understanding of every layer, not just the visuals
- Document mandates and continuously recommend improvements
- a complete SaaS platform combined with a team of experts available to support our clients based on their needs.
- Able to manage clients and complex mandates without supervision from day one
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing data or BI role with autonomous end-to-end delivery of complex solutions
- Advanced analytical SQL proficiency and solid understanding of data structures, dimensional models and BI environments
- Real experience producing non-trivial BI deliverables: you know what's happening under the report, not just how to make it look good
- Experience in data solution architecture and business analysis
- Comfort with development environments (VS Code, Git)
- Experience or genuine interest in applied generative AI tools (agents, Claude and Bedrock)

- Maîtrise du SQL analytique avancé et compréhension solide des structures de données, modèles dimensionnels et environnements BI
- Expérience réelle en production de viz BI non-triviale:
- tu sais ce qui se passe sous le rapport, pas juste comment le faire beau
- Capable de gérer des clients et des mandats complexes sans supervision, dès la première semaine
- Communication bilingue FR/EN impeccable et confort avec les environnements cloud (AWS ou Azure)
