Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy, revenue, and profitability for assigned Insurance accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology executives, including C-suite leaders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive long-term expansion.
- Partner with Quantiphi's AI, engineering, and industry experts to deliver differentiated solutions.
- Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, and account governance.
- Collaborate across global delivery and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client success.

Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or strategic account management experience within the P&C Insurance industry (required).
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes, digital transformation, and industry challenges.
- Experience selling AI, GenAI, cloud, data, analytics, automation, or digital engineering services.
- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and modern AI governance practices.
- Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs.
- Experience partnering with hyperscalers such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- 10+ years of experience
- The ideal candidate combines executive-level relationship management with a proven track record of expanding strategic accounts through AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation services.
