About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly reviews of employee census data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with HR, Finance, and Legal records
  • Maintain employee distribution lists and ensure correct insider trading designations weekly
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects as assigned by HR Team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with compensation, 401k, and/or HR reporting with a public company
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or other related field
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data, querying, and reporting, required
  • Experience working in high data volume environments and with multiple platforms
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and establishing clarity
  • Assist in HR compliance audits by preparing required documentation and supporting audit inquiries

Compensation

  • Track and analyze various monthly labor costs against annual forecast/budget
  • Salary range $125,000-$150,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
