Responsibilities
- Support multiple electrical commissioning deployments throughout the year based on project requirements.
- Lead electrical commissioning activities across project phases including planning, startup, testing, and handover.
- Develop and elevate team members into leadership roles during site deployments.
- Support the development of electrical commissioning training materials and subject matter content.
- Provide oversight and support across multiple commissioning support services contracts when deployed.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain LotusWorks quality standards across all electrical commissioning activities.
- Lead coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure system readiness and successful commissioning outcomes.
- Provide feedback and implement improvements based on site performance, audits, and lessons learned.
- Ability to manage and support strategic deployments in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to develop commissioning teams.
Requirements
- Skills Required:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- NETA certification preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred.
Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve technical and operational issues.
