Responsibilities
- Establish and operationalize the core metrics that drive company performance
- Develop a deep understanding of each business unit and its drivers
- Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and growth
- Provide clear financial insights that support operational decision-making
- Own company forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning
- Create visibility into business performance across the company
- Drive Company Performance Through Metrics

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
- Experience partnering with multiple business units in a high-growth company
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong ability to influence leaders across departments
- Ability to galvanize teams around performance and outcomes
- Experience
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar analytical environments
- Skills
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Leadership Traits
- Strategic thinker with strong operational instincts
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
