Responsibilities
- Drive market growth of residential solar solutions by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Netherlands Build and manage a strong network of residential installers, acting as a trusted partner to drive long-term collaboration and performance Develop and execute channel strategies to scale the installer ecosystem and increase market penetration Expand the residential energy ecosystem, including partnerships with EMS providers, design companies, and energy retailers Identify high-potential partners and onboard them through structured engagement and support Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, delivery) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable business strategies
