Requirements

  • To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service.
  • GS-09 Experience in understanding the federal budget process and cycle, the circular A-11, and object classes and FTEs as described in the A-11
  • and Experience in writing justification narratives and in performing analytical duties related to budget review, justification, and preparation, to include identifying data trends/variances
