Requirements
- Sheet Metal & Tooling Knowledge: Strong understanding of punch & die design, forming applications, and press brake tooling
- Strong understanding of punch & die design, forming applications, and press brake tooling
- Ability to calculate load requirements and verify tooling specifications
Nice to have
- Exposure to diverse manufacturing industries and customer applications
- Proficient in MS Excel
- SolidWorks and SAP experience strongly preferred
Skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD files, and product specifications
- Load & Specification Calculations: Ability to calculate load requirements and verify tooling specifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented, customer-focused approach
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel; SolidWorks and SAP experience strongly preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Experience with TRUMPF tooling systems or punching/bending machine ecosystems
- Familiarity with CAM software or CNC programming concepts
- Experience in a technical quoting or sales engineering role
