Bachelor's Degree
Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution.
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology or related field required.

Advanced analytical skills.
Quantitative Analytics.
Automotive Aftersales Service Retention and Service Retention drivers or related knowledge preferred.
Understanding of US Market and dealer Service operations preferred.
Hands on 5 to 7 years of Data Analytics experience with min 4 years of focus on Data Science experience required.
Professional Certifications in AI or Data Science are advantageous.
Experienced in development of predictive analytics related to data-driven use-cases in a business vs. an IT role.
Experience in designing effective data models, trend forecasts, and visualizations of analytics.
