Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology or related field required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Quantitative Analytics.
  • Automotive Aftersales Service Retention and Service Retention drivers or related knowledge preferred.
  • Understanding of US Market and dealer Service operations preferred.
  • Hands on 5 to 7 years of Data Analytics experience with min 4 years of focus on Data Science experience required.
  • Professional Certifications in AI or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experienced in development of predictive analytics related to data-driven use-cases in a business vs. an IT role.
  • Experience in designing effective data models, trend forecasts, and visualizations of analytics.
