About the role

  • Analyze current fragrance trends and evaluates products of competitors.
  • Responsible for training, coaching and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

  • Guide perfumers with developing, evaluating, and adjusting both new and existing fragrances.
  • Develop and evaluate fragrances that meet organization standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assess consumer preferences and customer requirements.
  • Maintain full awareness and comply with regulations associated with fragrance development.
  • Provide sensory analysis for finished products and raw materials as well as support Product Safety programs within the operations department.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Industry & Regulation

Skills

  • English fluency to interact with other IFF affiliate sites.
  • Proficient in SAP, IFFMAN, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
  • Solid Experience in a creative or quality laboratory.
  • Can pass a color blind test.
  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately describe sensory characteristics of all raw materials & most finished products
  • Master of sensory evaluation & discriminate sensory quality for all RM & finished products
  • Master knowledge of production process in this industry
  • Outstanding with the specialized set of organoleptic skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Regression and acceptance testing cycle experience
  • Skillful in Project Management
  • Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework and business drivers.
