About the role
- We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client's unique goals.
- This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities

- Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
- Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Requirements
- Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
Nice to have
- Bilingual abilities (a plus).
Skills
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.
