About the role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client's unique goals.
This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.

Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ( Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus ).
