Responsibilities
- As a Program Assistant, you will support day-to-day program operations by coordinating deliverables, consolidating inputs, and maintaining accurate program documentation.
- Consolidate weekly inputs from task leads and prepare Weekly Presentations for leadership review.
- Track and manage all recurring contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with established schedules.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of deliverables, submissions, and program artifacts.
- Coordinate with task leads to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements.
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth program operations, including handling communications, document management, and ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing recurring deliverables and working within structured reporting timelines.
- Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Due to the nature of the work we support, all candidates in consideration for this role must be willing to undergo the government issued background investigation process.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred)
