Responsibilities
- Support producer in the development and service of accounts. Provide clients with exceptional service during the policy year
- assure successful renewal marketing. Demonstrate support of agency business objectives and viewed as a positive role model and team player. Marketing of new and renewal business is a significant aspect of the day to day duties of this role.

Requirements
- Florida 2-20 or insurance license is required
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years agency experience in designated field
Nice to have
- Proficient in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft products preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational, multitask, motivational, problem solving, detail oriented, verbal, written, and self-discipline skills
