Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver advanced manufacturing and test systems using digital tools and automation.
- Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and cost with data-driven rigor.
- Manage budgets and capital investments with a focus on ROI and predictive financial performance.
- Oversee equipment build, installation, and production readiness using streamlined and automated workflows.
- Deliver executive updates and business cases using data-backed insights and real-time reporting.
- Define and manage SOWs with clear scope, deliverables, and system-driven progress tracking.
- Drive schedule adherence and risk mitigation through proactive planning and issue resolution
- Experience working with suppliers, system integrators, and external partners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical or Electromechanical)
- 3+ years' program management experience required in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
- Work is expected to be conducted in a manner that stresses the importance of preventing incidents and illnesses, including attending all required safety meetings and trainings.
Nice to have
- CAPM /PMP certification (Preferred)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (Preferred)
Compensation
- 77,625.00 - 103,500.00 - 129,375.00 USD Annual

- PHINIA is currently looking for a "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Technical Project Engineer at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI.
- This person is responsible for implementation, coordination, maintenance and training of Program Management Process, Systems and Tools.
- The objective is to establish a best-in class program management process that can help the organization's ability to manage projects successfully and to exceed customer expectations.
