About the role
- This role is intentionally hands-on, maintaining strong technical expertise and field presence, while also leading maintenance staff and managing external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective maintenance delivery.
- This role balances hands-on maintenance execution (50%) with supervisory, vendor, and budget management responsibilities (50%).

Nice to have
- Experience in multifamily, commercial, or large-scale property operations.
- Trade certifications or licenses (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related).
- Experience managing emergency response and after-hours maintenance operations.

- What is required (travel & physical requirements)?
- Comfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, utility spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Standard business hours with on-call availability for emergencies, including evenings or weekends as needed.
