About the role

  • ROCKWOOL is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Western Canada, preferably based in Vancouver.
  • The territory for this position includes British Columbia & Yukon Territory and requires 50% travel with 20% overnights.
  • There are no direct reports and the position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth within the assigned sales region
  • Lead project tracking with the Specification Manager and execute a pull-through strategy
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterly
  • Provide analytics to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needs
  • 3+ years of success in building materials sales role(s)
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction
  • High drive, commitment, energy and integrity
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the insulation market and good negotiating skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software

Compensation

  • Competitive salary
  • The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $110,000.
