About the role
- ROCKWOOL is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Western Canada, preferably based in Vancouver.
- The territory for this position includes British Columbia & Yukon Territory and requires 50% travel with 20% overnights.
- There are no direct reports and the position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth within the assigned sales region
- Lead project tracking with the Specification Manager and execute a pull-through strategy
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterly
- Provide analytics to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needs
- 3+ years of success in building materials sales role(s)
- Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction
- High drive, commitment, energy and integrity
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
- Knowledge of the insulation market and good negotiating skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software
Compensation
- Competitive salary
- The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $110,000.
