Responsibilities
- providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends
- developing a nursing diagnosis
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy resident care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations; adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
- Maintains competence in nursing capabilities outlined by leadership.
