Responsibilities

  • Support ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB operations
  • Help maintain Discovery, CMDB, and data quality
  • Build basic workflows, scripts, and automations
  • Support governance, reporting, and audit readiness

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB concepts
  • Familiarity with ITIL basics or asset management
  • Experience supporting audits or reporting

  • The Toyota Financial Services Technology Operations Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated TOC Engineer.
  • Reporting to the National Manager of the TOC, the person in this role will play a key role in the governance, care and feeding, and uplifting of our Configuration Management Database.
  • You will work with multiple stakeholders and Engineering teams in maintaining an accurate and reliable CMDB that supports or technology needs.
