About the role
- Our perfusionists play a critical role in the operating room, providing expertise in the operation of the heart-lung machine and other perfusion equipment.
- The perfusionist will be under the supervision of the chief perfusionist and will work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of cardiac care.

Compensation
- IH matches contributions at 100% of the first 1% of the employee's deferrals and 50% of deferrals between 1% and 6% of the employee's salary.

- Requirements and Qualifications The perfusionist must be willing to take part in a four-perfusionist team schedule and work flexible hours to meet the hospital's needs.
