About the role

  • As we grow across states, your job is to make sure every clinician is licensed, credentialed, enrolled, and ready to see patients on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-state licensing for our providers: applications, renewals, and tracking across boards.
  • Own payer enrollment so providers are live with Medicare, Medicaid, and other government payers before go-live.
  • Maintain audit-ready provider files and monitor all expirable (licenses, DEA, certifications, NPIs).
  • Partner with Clinical Operations and Compliance to keep providers credentialed and compliant as we scale.
  • We closed a Series A led by Drive Capital in early 2026 and are scaling fast.
  • We're hiring a Licensing and Credentialing Manager to own provider licensing and credentialing for our partner telehealth practices.
  • You'll own the trackers, the deadlines, and the follow-up, and nothing lapses on your watch.

Requirements

  • Experience with a headless EMR.
