About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Product, Customer Experience Readiness focuses on how Ara is experienced by customers in real residential scenarios.
  • The role is hands-on and observation-driven, identifying what works, what feels unclear, and what may cause concern before broader exposure.
  • Findings from this role are a key input into experience readiness discussions and are expected to strongly inform accept, conditional, or hold decisions, which are finalized by Product leadership.

  • Ability to step into defined customer personas and evaluate how different households are likely to understand and use the product in real situations.

  • 3+ years in a role focused on product assessment, experience evaluation, or customer use-case validation, ideally close to release or customer exposure.
