Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze experiments: Lead A/B testing across desktop and mobile platforms to inform product launches and iterations.
  • Build self-serve reporting and dashboards: Create and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools that enable Product Managers and business partners to monitor product and business performance independently.

Requirements

  • Exploratory analysis: Ability to conduct exploratory data analyses and synthesize complex datasets and ambiguous questions into clear, actionable insights.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, applied math, data science, economics, computer science, or related discipline).

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or related role supporting large-scale digital products.
  • Experience in games, edtech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
  • experience with data transformation and modeling (e.g., dbt) is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets

Skills

Compensation

  • $150,000 - $170,000 USD
  • 15 paid vacation days (increases to 20 days on your 3rd anniversary), 12 observed national paid holidays, 9 sick days, and 16 paid volunteer hours per year
