Responsibilities
- Assist leads in execution and provide module-level leadership
- Ideate and collaborate with multiple product teams for cross-product integrations
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, SOLID principles and software design patterns, and good debugging skills
- SOTI's innovative portfolio of solutions and services provide the tools organizations need to truly mobilize their operations and optimize their mobility investments.
- SOTI uses AI tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing resumes, screening qualifications, and creating interview questions.

Requirements
- You are an experienced Software Developer who specializes in.NET solutions and is excited to learn from talented, fun-loving developers breaking down complex problems into simple solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any STEM-related program
- 7-10 years of enterprise software development experience with proficiency in full-stack development
Compensation
- In the absence of a signed Services Agreement with agency/recruiter, SOTI will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee.
