Responsibilities

  • Since 1976, we've been dedicated to meeting people where they are, working alongside them to provide person centered supports that allow people to live independently as possible.
  • Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
  • Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Manage household and individual budgets
  • Schedule and lead team meetings
  • Develop and implement employee schedules

Compensation

  • $56k-$62k

  • Starting wage: $55,700-$62,300 annual salary based on education level
  • $1,500 retention bonus (applicable to candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher)
