Responsibilities
- Since 1976, we've been dedicated to meeting people where they are, working alongside them to provide person centered supports that allow people to live independently as possible.
- Develop, maintain, and review ISPs, BSPs, or IPPs
- Partner with families, case managers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage household and individual budgets
- Schedule and lead team meetings
- Develop and implement employee schedules
Compensation
- $56k-$62k
Benefits
- Starting wage: $55,700-$62,300 annual salary based on education level
- $1,500 retention bonus (applicable to candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher)
