About the role
- As a Solution Engineer within ESW's Global Delivery Service team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing global ecommerce solutions to life.
- This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and international commerce, supporting a specialized sales team and helping some of the world's leading brands succeed globally.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to sales during the client pre-sales phase of the engagement process.
- Document client solution requirements concisely and accurately using provided tooling, ensuring full clarity for product and implementation teams.
- Manage client expectations in line with product and functionality release schedules.
- Manage the client relationship from pre-sales phase through to project launch.
- to create moments that matter between people and the brands they cherish.
- Through our integration solutions, we deliver a complete international checkout experience, including local duties, taxes, fulfilment, delivery management, and global returns and payment processing capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of B2C ecommerce solutions, processes, and technology, including web stores, payments, and distribution platforms.
- Proven capability to handle and set realistic client expectations.
