Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale and strengthen our Internal and Executive Communications function.

Our interviews are designed to evaluate your individual experience, thought process, and communication skills in real time.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, ideally within communications, marketing, or a related function.
Experience working within or closely alongside a communications organization.
Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
Experience operating in a global, cross-functional organization.
As such, applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State.

Provide clear status reporting, risk identification, and actionable recommendations to Communications leadership.
