In this role, you'll help bring the Moleskine vision to life by delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and supporting store leadership in daily operations.
Work with Independence - Confidently manage the customer experience and daily tasks during solo coverage, staying aligned with store priorities and leadership direction in a lean retail environment.
Collaborate & Share - Work as part of a team, mentor new associates, and support a culture of learning and storytelling.
Stay Hands-On - Operate POS systems, manage stock, and ensure inventory flows seamlessly to support the customer journey.
Flexible and reliable, with consistent availability week to week to support a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; we aim to accommodate school schedules while meeting the needs of the business.
