- Lead cross-functional execution - Manage and develop a team of 4+ across engineering, design, and marketing to execute on product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monetization strategy - Optimize and expand revenue streams, including ad monetization, subscriptions, and premium offerings to maximize LTV and profitability.
- Product & feature iteration - Leverage data-driven insights to refine the product experience, improve key engagement metrics, and drive continuous feature development.
- Data-driven decision making - Utilize SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to uncover trends, measure performance, and drive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize performance & scalability - Identify new networks, traffic sources, and operational improvements to enhance overall product performance and expand market reach.
