About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead systems and multifunctional engineering efforts for the SEIT IPT, ensuring adherence to technical quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define and implement systems engineering processes and best practices
- Conduct trade studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions and optimize system performance, cost, and schedule
- Develop and maintain system requirements, interface control documents, and verification and validation plans to ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hydraulic power or fuel systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Experience in the integration and verification phase of programs in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience verifying and validating complex systems.
- Experience in labs activities such as Hardware, Software Integration Test
- Experience in ground and flight test activities, including data analysis
- Experience leading teams to produce quality deliverables on schedule
- Experience using DOORS requirement management software.
- This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Compensation
- Experienced: $104,550 - $141,450
- Lead: $127,500- $ 172,500
