- To provide input to development and continual improvement in project Risk Management tools and processes as part of Global network.
- Monitor application / Maintain a high-level awareness and application of Risk Management activities across projects executed by any direct report Risk Management personnel to ensure departmental compliance.
- Provide guidance, support and leadership to junior RM team members including feedback / PDR input / identification of development opportunities etc.
