About the role
- Conexiones ATS/CSS is a 32-bed facility that provides clinical stabilization services to adults struggling with drugs, including heroin and prescription drugs, or alcohol.
- Acute treatment services are designated for up to 12 individuals for medically managed withdrawal services.
- The Nurse will also observe patients and provide accurate and timely documentation of their treatment progress and coordinate and assist case managers regarding clients' progress and treatment.

- The program is staffed by highly skilled professionals who work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan and determine appropriate aftercare.

- Schedule Full-Time Base Pay: $50/hr (plus applicable shift differentials-see below) Shift Differentials: 2nd shift: +$2/hr Overnight Shift: +$3/hr
Compensation
