Responsibilities

Partnerships Lead at ProFinda
ProFinda is expanding its presence and looking for a passionate and strategic Partnerships Lead to help us grow our ecosystem of clients, alliances, and enterprise relationships.
If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships, creating value through collaboration, and driving business growth through strategic engagement - we want to hear from you.
We're especially keen to speak with candidates who understand the professional services landscape and know how to build trusted relationships within it.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions.
Familiarity with multiple verticals and understanding how to tailor value for different industries.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances - ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or professional services environments.
Experience working within or alongside professional services organizations (e.g. Big 4, large system integrators) is highly preferred.

Skills

Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, pipeline influence, and business impact.
Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry dynamics to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
