Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the site's CI roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional/global CI strategy to ensure priorities drive meaningful operational improvement.
- Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methodologies to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and safety performance.
- Coach and mentor site leaders, CI practitioners, and frontline employees to build CI capability and strengthen problem-solving culture.
- Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment (LMA) results, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvement actions to advance site maturity and standardization.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and drive accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 3 years in CI leadership roles.
- Proven experience deploying Lean/Six Sigma with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
Skills
- Mastery of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable CI plans and roadmaps.
- Proficiency with data analytics, performance metrics, and CI digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Understanding of ERP systems and integration points relevant to operational performance

- Partner with the Site GM and leadership team to integrate CI into annual business planning and daily management systems to support long-term operational excellence.
