About the role

  • This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week ) with a clear path to grow your caseload and hours.
  • All 30-minute classes, flexible if needed*

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement among residents to increase group class participation and build a 1:1 and partner training client base.
  • Growth is fueled by your relationship-building efforts and reinforced by referrals from FOX's skilled therapy team as patients transition out of rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with a therapy team

Requirements

  • Ability to travel between Senior Living Communities and patient residences as needed
  • The physical demands below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
  • Required to stoop, sit, bend, pull, climb, reach, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
  • Fit to drive (required for House Calls setting)
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to feel, and reach with hands and arms

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology
  • OR Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally accredited organization (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA preferred)

Compensation

  • $25k-$50k
