About the role

- For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
- At Helen of Troy, our strategy involves acquiring brands that we can integrate and enhance, amplifying their unique attributes to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
- 4+ years of experience in MS&P, merchandising, or category management in a CPG/mass retailer focused business.
- Strong experience with syndicated data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting retailer-facing initiatives (planogram resets, line reviews, JBPs)
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 20%)
