About the role

  • Finally, as a member of the Office of the CEO, the hire will have opportunities to contribute to Aledade's broader transformation efforts, in service of Aledade's mission to do more good for patients, practices, and society.

Responsibilities

  • member will support projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with AI as a business user, using applications beyond chatbots (e.g., Claude Code or Cowork, Codex, etc.)
  • Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience or 3+ years of professional experience plus a relevant graduate degree required (MBA, MPH, or MPP), with experience in healthcare strategy / operations consulting strongly preferred

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MPP) strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred, including the ability to work with large, complex, & often incomplete data sets
  • conduct one-off complex analyses quickly
  • and utilize Index / Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization capabilities & project management skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
