About the role

The Command Center Operator will effectively control the flow of the distribution center operation by analyzing, evaluating, and utilizing the latest technologies to make strategic business decisions.

This person will be assessing workflow demand, service level agreements, and labor resources in partnership with operations to drive building productivity.

High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years in manufacturing/distribution Ability to handle potentially stressful situations calmly and effectively, and make decisions based on sound judgement and good reasoning
