About the role
- No weekends unless desired, no late nights.
- 30 hours guaranteed each week regardless of any client cancellations.
- The best RBTs we know didn't necessarily start having done it before, but come ready to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
- Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
- Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
- Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
- Lead RBT - train new teammates while deepening your clinical skills
- Mentor RBT - shape clinic culture and support fellow RBTs
Compensation
- $20k-$24k
