Responsibilities

Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.

Clinician Lead - The evolvedMD executive team has two clinician leaders to ensure the clinical voice is the top voice in the room.

Requirements

Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
Must be Bilingual Spanish/English speaking.

Compensation

Earning Potential - How much you earn is up to you! If you want to go above and beyond to increase access and see more patients, please do, and if you want to simply see enough patients to earn your base salary, that works as well.
$39,000 - $53,640 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).

Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker
Minimum Requirements - Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
