Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Provide executive-level status updates and drive issue resolution.
  • Our global consulting firm combines creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
  • Through research and development initiatives in our FinLabs we develop solutions for modernization, from Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to Data Science models, Digital Underwriting, mobile-first applications and more.
  • Seeking an experienced AI Engineering Tech Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • The role will manage day-to-day delivery activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
