About the role

The Transloading Operations Worker is responsible for performing daily assigned duties while upholding company standards for safety, product quality, and production efficiency within our Biofuels Transloading operations.
Additionally, the role involves operating equipment within the Transloading process, accurately recording data, and supporting overall operational workflow.
This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing hands-on, physical work, and contributing to a team in a dynamic industrial environment.

Conduct daily duties/tasks assigned, maintain company standards of safety, product quality, and production
Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks such as completing routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and housekeeping duties
Safely operate and maintain all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as control room operations, transloaders, conveyor systems, structures, UTV, mobile equipment and hand tools
Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

1-2 years' relevant experience required
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
