- This person works closely with the Tasting Lodge Manager, assisting in all aspects of the Direct-to-Consumer business (Tasting Lodge, Wine Club, eCommerce).
- This role will report to the Tasting Lodge Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with guests and members and foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- On days the Tasting Lodge manager is not present, supervise and manage the Tasting Lodge staff, ensure the daily opening and closing procedures of the Tasting Lodge are completed, divide up cash tips among hospitality staff and review/audit daily orders to identify issues and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with crafting and sending regular email marketing messages to our general email list to drive wine sales, event ticket sales, winery visits, etc.
