Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- You will design, develop and deliver engaging and powerful trainings to our teams.
Requirements
- Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends from Wharton who share a family history of heart disease and personal experience with cardiac rehab.
Skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: A passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
